Binding Agreement: The contract between BEYAZ ALTIN MARBLE Co. Ltd. and the customer is binding on both parties, as well as on their respective successors and assigns. The customer may not transfer, assign, charge, or dispose of a contract or any related rights or obligations without prior written consent. BEYAZ ALTIN MARBLE Co. Ltd. reserves the right to transfer, assign, charge, subcontract, or otherwise dispose of a contract or its associated rights and obligations at any time during the contract term.

Events Outside Our Control: BEYAZ ALTIN MARBLE Co. Ltd. will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, wars, or government regulations. In such cases, our performance under the contract is considered suspended, with an extension of time for performance during the duration of the force majeure event. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve or find a solution despite the force majeure event.

Waiver: Failure by BEYAZ ALTIN MARBLE Co. Ltd. to insist upon strict performance of customer obligations under the contract or these terms and conditions at any time does not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies. A waiver by BEYAZ ALTIN MARBLE Co. Ltd. of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions or a contract is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision will be severed to the extent necessary, while the remaining terms and provisions will remain valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Entire Agreement: Both parties intend to rely upon these terms and conditions and any expressly referred-to documents for the subject matter of the contract. Any variations from these terms and conditions should be confirmed in writing. BEYAZ ALTIN MARBLE Co. Ltd. reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions to reflect changes in market conditions, technology, laws, and other factors.
